Storm 2.0 - Rewiring your studio Part I

Rewire is a very handy tool in mixing together material from many different applications. After you have completed this tutorial, you will have learnt how to rewire two Storm studios and a Reason studio together to make a final mix which is exported to mp3.

What you will need:

  • Storm 2
  • Reason 2 demo

    Load up storm, in the studio build screen load Arsenic, Equinoxe, Orpheus for instruments. For effects let's load Dual Delays, Chorus and LP filter.

    Then open the Rewire mixer




    In the rewire mixer you will see a drop down menu of different Rewireable programs:

    As we said earlier we will open a other instance of Storm and a instance of Reason 2.0 demo. So go ahead, select an other instance of Storm from the drop down menu, then do the same to select Reason demo.
