Our 2nd Birthday, feelings and future plans

Ok, so now we are over 2 years old. Being the webmaster so far has been a whole load of fun, we have been very lucky to have been given so many opportunities by many companies to review their products and hope we can continue our relationship and make new relationships to bring you readers more material to waste your time with.

This brings us to the problems that we are having. First of all we are way understaffed, actually nowadays I am the only one who does something and lately I have had very little time or motivation to do much. We, I mean I hope that if you feel like contributing, you would contact the webmaster (ok that's me too).

The second one is that we haven't been able to take the website all the way although we have had some very good coverage and reviews. I hope I can get this website back up to the level that it was before and even beyond that.

Now that we have gone over the problems lets move to the feelings. I feel really good about this site actually although we haven't gone as far as we could have. This website has made me realize some new things about my own musicality, but on the other hand it has given me quite a few headaches. Maybe I should describe it as a child, even though they can be problematic at times they do pay the effort and headaches many times over.

Now the big question is what will happen in the future? I will try to concentrate most of my little free time into making sure that this site gets some up to date reviews and tutorials so that visitors can develop a habit of checking this site out.

On a much more interesting side we will have a very special flintnt.com web browser beta version available soon. This will of course be free to all you readers. The first version will probably just include basic functionality, but later things like music preview systems could be added. This program will have a advertisement at the bottom that can be followed to sponsor's website. If you are interested in advertising in the web browser then contact me and I'll give you a good deal.

On a more general note we will continue with a similar strategy than before. We will try to provide you, the readers of this website with relevant reviews that will help you decide whether or not a product is worth buying and helpful tutorials that will help you make music and of course editorials that talk about relevant topics and editorials like this that talk about the intention to do the before mentioned things.

I have got more inspiration and ideas now than ever. Currently I am working on some hip hop beats to base some songs on, don't worry I will still do some more electronic music. I have lots of ideas and will have lots of collaborations going on soon and you my readers will be lucky as most of them will be published first here on flintnt.com. Now back to my dungeon to work on some music....

Addition : Spam.

I just had to say something about spam, I don't understand it. I came home from my holidays and I get this picture on my PC , although I had deleted over 50 spam e-mails while I was away.

I just don't get why people send spam. I would never buy anything from a website that has its link in spam as I have no trust in companies that endorse spam. Sure I might buy from a company that is in a newsletter that I subscribe to, but to buy from a spam company that can't spell its stuff right is just not a good choice. Below I have a link that is going to make it hard for spammers to collect any real info from sites. Check it out. and hopefully it will help my inbox.
